If I visit England, do I have to worry about Chavs attacking me?

Seriously, those chavs scare me. they seem to target tourists and then a gang of like 20 of them come and attack, and thee police don’t even have guns to shoot them. Is my fear irrational or is it warranted???
Any advice is welcome!
