London, Paris, Italy?

I really really really want to visit London, Paris, Italy, and well basically all of Europe. [Mostly England, France and Italy though] But I don’t know where to visit or where to go site seeing.
Where would you recommend to go? Any facts I should know about any of those places? Any places I shouldn’t go to? I need to know where you think is the most worthwhile place to go. :]
Any fun places to go to for a 13-year old? Site-seeing, famous places?
